Exchange Policy

Please raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product through our panel. If accepted, you will receive an approval email within 48 hours. Once the product is picked up, a Credit Note for the full product price will be issued within 3–4 days. Products purchased during sale events are non‑exchangeable. You will be notified once we receive your shipment. In case pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self‑ship the product, and a maximum of ₹150 will be reimbursed to you as a Credit Note for reverse shipping.
